Grace Bramley

Level 5 Soft Tissue Remedial Therapist

Grace qualified in London, UK with a diploma in Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy, which has similarities to hands-on Physiotherapy. It combines unique targeted deep tissue work with a deep clinical and practical understanding of musculature, injury, posture and movement and how to help heal and remediate them.

Releasing, mobilising, and relaxing specific hypertonic musculature, fascia and connective tissue can help remediate chronic long term issues, or acute recent pain from lifestyle impacts, injuries, postural issues, spasms, and referred issues from elsewhere in your body.

Grace works on the basis of what the body needs and can bear in each session, and fully assesses each client and their medical history to ensure the treatment is as effective and lasting as possible. This gives your body the space it needs to heal.

A session will cover a combination of the following, and will be unique to each patient and visit:

  • Clinical/Postural Assessment and Movement Capabilities
  • Pain, Injury, and Hypertonic Skeletal Muscle remediation
  • Myofascial Release
  • Soft/Connective Tissue Release Therapy (SRT)
  • Muscle Energy Technique (MET)
  • Neuromuscular Technique
  • Positional Release
  • Isometric Stretching
  • Somatic Movement recommendations

For an extra fee a consultation with an associated Level 4 Personal Trainer can add:

  • Lifestyle change coaching
  • Remedial exercises
  • Nutritional advice to help facilitate healing

Bookings

Treatment Terms & Conditions

  • If you need to book less than 24 hours before your preferred time, please contact Grace for last minute availability
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booked session, payment is still required unless there are extraordinary circumstances
  • Fees are non-negotiable and industry standard
  • Session time is not set, but will depend on both what needs to be done and what can be done. This may range from 30m to 60m+, but will typically be around an hour
  • For treatment to be effective, you may need more than one session, referrals to other clinical practitioners, or also to consider homework exercises and habit/lifestyle changes
  • Patients give full permission to the therapist to work with and touch their body
  • You may be asked to stand, sit, lie, or perform movements as part of the treatment
  • You acknowledge you may experience some physical pain, emotional release, or discomfort as part of the process
  • Package purchases of sessions must be used within a 6 month period
  • Weekends, evenings, or short notice sessions are not guaranteed and will be classed as emergency or out-of-hours and charged accordingly

Each session will include an assessment of pain, movement, and progress.

Your first session will require medical history and admin before treatment.
